Classic TNF, brown label Superlight.

 

- Hooded mummy bag

- Goose down filled. Rated to 5 degree's.

- Size regular fits to 6' tall, left zip.

- 6" slant box baffle construction.

- Dark Blue, 1.9 Ounce Ripstop Nylon

- Weighs 3lbs, 10 ounces

 

The bag was purchased in 1975, has been properly stored and is in very good condition. It has just been spot treated and washed with Nikwax Down Soap and it came out wonderfully. The nylon shell looks near new with no stains and the loft is very good. No storage odors, just the down soap. I thoroughly inspected the bag before washing and repaired 2 tiny spark holes and a frayed spot with nylon patches and McNett Seam Grip. It is rejuvenated and entirely ready to be used. Despite its age, this is not an old, beat up sleeping bag. It was used for 3 years in the latter 70's and then camping once and a while through the 80's. It has been hanging in a closet since then.
