FS: Vintage Holubar Mountain Parka

Vintage Holubar Mountain Parka - Size medium. Rare. Holubar of Boulder, Colorado, manufactured outdoor clothing, sleeping bags and do-it-yourself kits during the outdoor sports renaissance and back packing boom of the 1970's. Mountain parka's of the time were usually made from tightly woven 60/40 cloth (60% cotton, 40% nylon) or polyester poplin fabrics that offered good wind protection but were moisture effective only in repelling fog, drizzle, short duration showers and dry snow. Classic, Velcro closure patch chest and hip pockets with additional zippered chest pockets. Hand slots behind the lower cargo pockets. Large zippered pocket nearly spans the entire upper back. Medium green outer and tan inner, double layer polyester fabric. Appears to be hardly used and in exceptional condition. One small stain observed on the zipper draft flap.
