normankirk Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 (edited) Selling an unused, still with the factory coil, 46 meter Edelweiss 9,6 mm Canyon low stretch rope. I've owned it for about 3 years. I planned to do more technical canyoneering but didn't and for sure won't be this fall as I have just had surgery for a cut tendon in my left index finger. Asking $140.00, includes shipping. From Edelweiss - Strong and durable low stretch ropes for caving and other activities where semi-static ropes are recommended. Canyon 9,6mm Type B low-stretch rope made of a polyester-polyamid composite sheath, with Everdry treatment. The rope has a high resistance to abrasion whilst remaining supple in use. Compared to a standard polyamid sheath, the shrinkage in water is reduced by a factor of 3.
