raisinbran Posted January 10, 2015 Share Posted January 10, 2015 I'm thinking of climbing something like Cosley-Houston tomorrow on Colfax. The road to the trailhead is open according to FS, the weather should be clear, and it's been freezing up there. I don't have any beta about the route conditions now, but I've seen a couple of reports of ascents since November. We would need to leave the car by about 4:30 or 5:00am to be back down about 7-8pm. The Glacier may be frozen but there was some light precip in the area today so skis may be the best mode of transport up there. In the end we may only need crampons however. Let me know!
