850 Fill Goose Down with 52.9 oz total fill (standard) with special ordered 4.0 oz extra overfill

Shell is waterproof breathable PTFE (eVENT)

 

Special Features include:

- Fully contoured body and head

- Double side zips with baffle in between (see photo)

- Insulated full-circumference collar

 

Weighs 5 lbs 4 oz. Packs to 9” x 21”. Stuffsack NOT included.

This sleeping bag has never been used. I purchased it in January 2009 from Feathered Friends for a Denali expedition that never materialized. It has not seen one night of sleep (a sad tale, but it needs to be at least -20F to even make sense). It has been stored in its cotton storage bag and has not lost any loft. My life has taken new turns and I don't see myself using this bag. I'd rather see it go to an aspiring or experienced mountaineer. Anyone seriously looking at this bag should know this is a high quality product and Feathered Friends is one of the best down garment manufacturers on the planet.
