This is a Dynafit Vertical ST Starter Kit (Retail $39.99) and an 18 Pack of inserts ($31.99). It includes the drilling/tapping tool, a bunch of screws and the inserts. It's all universal, it just has the mounting screws for that specific binding. Quiver Killer's website sells Fastener Kits for other bindings for $4.99.
