FS - MSR Hubba Hubba tent and footprint

For sale is a like new MSR Hubba Hubba 2-person tent and footprint. I got the tent last year for camping with the wife but she doesn't really go out with me much and I figured I should get something a bit lighter if it's just me. The tent has only been used for one night since I bought it new. I've included a pic of the tent in it's bag (with the gear shed that has sold in the smaller bag) but can send anyone a pic of it set up in my apartment later today if it's wanted. The tent and footprint would retail for $370 new but I'm looking for $240 shipped CONUS.

Price lowered to $325 for the lot. I'm open to splitting up the items for sale individually but would prefer to keep everything together since the gear shed might be a little hard to move without the tent. I would probably ask for $250 shipped CONUS for the tent and footprint given that they've only seen one night of use.
