New to Eugene, looking for partners

I'm new to the area, so I admit, I don't know much about the options available to me. Looking for rock, ice, alpine, or ski partners who can show me the area.

 

I've done some couloirs in Colorado and Wyoming, I've led WI2/3 this season (Lincoln Falls, CO), and have followed up to WI4. I can consistently lead 5.8 trad and follow most 5.10/10-. I have lead Wild Iris 5.10+, but my experience at e.g. Smith leads me to believe I'm not that good elsewhere. I'm a decent nordic skier, and a beginning tele-skier. I'm fully equipped for all of these (although my screw rack could be bigger) and have a good rope to boot.

 

I'll offer up a 6-pack and and my share of the gas if somebody wants to show me any consistently formed ice in the central cascades.
