Dual time, date, stopwatch, three daily alarms and back light function this has a logbook feature that tracks min, max, average heart rate, time in heart rate zone and audible alarms when above or below user programmed heart rate zones. Its the perfect tool for training or mountaineering. Works well and I just recently replaced the wrist band.
