CoffeeAndClimbin Posted June 10, 2012 Posted June 10, 2012 What I'm looking for: Someone to teach me the ways of top roping and lead climbing. You're going to have to start more or less from the ground up (bahh-Dum tiSSsss). I've top-roped before and even done a short and easy lead climb but other people were telling me what to do. I want to know what I am doing and why I am doing it. I'm going to get a harness but other than that I won't have any gear until later in the summer. About Me: 21 Male, student at UW. Going to be working part time this summer so I'll have plenty of time for climbing. I've been bouldering for a couple months and am climbing V4/5 at the UW IMA, still improving. I'll be in Seattle for the foreseeable future so if you're looking for a reliable climbing partner think of this as a good investment. Quote
