WTB SZ 13/13.5 Boots w/ toe bail

Looking to find some boots for a friend of mine with large feet. He wears a size 13 running shoe so were probably looking for something about a 13.5ish.

 

Let me know what you've got. Has to have both heel and toe bails and well insulated for winter climbs. PM's please
