Sigg Tourist Cook Set and Svea 123 Stove - Vintage - With Optional Pump.

 

The aluminum, Tourist Cook Set was designed by Sigg of Switzerland for use with the Swedish made Svea 123 backpacking stove. This is a nesting set and features a stove base, wind screen and pot support for 1 qt and 1-1/2 qt cooking pots. The 1-1/2 qt pot and lid in this set is the stainless steel version. The stove is brass, burns white gas, liquid fuel (Coleman fuel) and is self pressurizing. Boils 1 qt of water in about 7 minutes under optimal conditions. It was rebuilt about 8 years ago and since has seen almost no use. It is in fine working order. The stove has an integrated wind screen and pot support. The unit is topped off with a 12 oz cup with handle in which water may be heated. In this mode it may be used independently of the cook set. Stove and cookset are being sold as a unit. Asking $105.00 plus shipping cost from Estes Park, CO 80517. Shipping weight is about 3.75 lbs. Will fit in a USPS Priority Mail, medium flat rate box @ $11.35.

 

The Optional Pump: Sorry, I don't recall the model details. In operation, the tank cap is removed and repaced with the pump unit. It's intended to assist in maintaining good tank pressure in cold weather operation. I never had a need for it so it is unused. Paypal,cash or check.
