Beginning trad climber looking for partners

This is my first season leading trad, and I'm looking to expand my list of possible partners. I can lead comfortably to 5.7, and I'm OK with 5.8 too. I have ~six glacier climbs under my belt, and my cardio/endurance fitness is OK (one-day climbs of Baker [Coleman-Deming] and Eldorado, and a two-day climb of Olympus in the last three weeks). I'm 20, if that matters.

 

Here are some climbs I'd love to get on this month:

 

* Forbidden, W ridge

* Prusik, W ridge

* Dragontail, Serpentine arete (if I can find a more experienced partner)

* Rainier, Kautz glacier
