Loowit Trail Conditions?

I'm leading a group circumambulating the mountain later in August, and would appreciate any trip reports by folks doing this hike this year.

Friends did it two weeks ago. Not too much snow left on this trail. The reroute between Butte Camp and Sheep Canyon remians entertaining. They did it in 13 hours, no "running". They have been on this trail before, and that familiarity helps with route finding in some areas.
