Included in the sale is the tent, rainfly, poles, stakes, guy lines, and the rest of the original accessories (storage bag, pole bag, stake / guy line bag). The optional ground cloth is also included. Purchased in 2008, used for a total of around 8 nights of camping. Meticulously cared for and cleaned after each use. Poles have been stored fully extended to preserve the internal elastic cord. Tent is in mint condition - the ground cloth has a couple of very faint dirt stains but is otherwise like new! The tent has one large door on the side and a roomy vestibule for shoes, packs, etc. Tent floor space is around 30 square feet with around 8 square feet of vestibule space. Everything together in the storage sack weighs 4 lbs 14 oz. Pared down the tent weighs sub 4 lbs! Don't plan on getting out to camp much this summer and I could use the extra closet space.
