linkalpa Posted December 31, 2010 Posted December 31, 2010 (edited) I wanted to put my beloved "big" pack up for grabs. It’s a Alpine LTW, size large with a matching large waist belt. As with all of Gleason’s pack designs it’s completely bomber. If I HAD to point out something wrong with it, the only thing I might be able to say is it’s overbuilt! Being the size large I think it measures in at around 85L or 5k+ Cubes. I would love to keep it, but I can’t justify keeping it for the occasional long distance pack haul or a week long winter foray. I now just use the my CG 90% of the time. Hopefully someone can put it too good use! It has held up remarkably well to ten plus years of pretty constant use. It has minor surface scuffing towards the bottom and around the lid (which is removable). However nothing that would affect durability or functionality. The “beaver tail?” (I didn’t name it!) is also easily removable. Let me know what you are thinking, I’m asking 185 for it….I can also throw in a dana side pouch that is perfect for screws/pons if your not convinced! I have to pay for a flight to Cody some how..Jeremy Edited January 1, 2011 by linkalpa Quote
