The pack is a medium and I wore it on two 3 day trips. I am selling this pack because it didn't fit me as well as I would have liked so I plan to get a smaller one.

 

I love that it's waterproof and has an ergonomic waistbelt that moves with the hips. I have pictures I can send. Post back in response to this if interested...
