Any recommendation on small boots?

It's time for my wife to retire her old La Sportiva Glacier, which are not that great with regard to water-proofness. They are pretty much worn out anyway.

 

We are looking for something either with Gore-Tex lining or plastic. Her problem is, however, she has very small feet (EU 36). Most women's boots start with 37 (Scarpa Charmoz, e.g.). Any recommendations? Thanks.
