Room available 1 May (possibly earlier) in a large house 20-minute's walking distance from UW. The house is also very close to the Burke-Gilman trail, U Village Mall, Lake Washington/Union Bay Nature Area, Children's Hospital, and bus stops for the 74, 75, 65, and 25 bus lines.

 

Female preferred. Roommates are 1 female, 2 male grad students at UW with strong interests in rock-climbing, skiing, and other outdoor activities. Roommates and neighbors are quite friendly! There's even a block party once a year.

 

The room is large with a long closet and hardwood floors. The house is large, with 4 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a big kitchen, big living room/dining room, and a nice back yard with a deck and fruit trees (plum and pear). Other amenities: recently renovated bathroom, dishwasher/disposal, washer/dryer, basement and attic storage, and plentiful street parking.

 

Rent is $500/month. Utilities are shared and average $60/month for gas/electric, water/sewer/trash, basic cable, high-speed internet, and New York Times. Deposit is last month's rent plus $100 security deposit.

 

No smoking and no pets, please.
