Anyone else have trouble with the climbing wires on BD tele bindings bending over or flattening?

 

I'm on my third round of replacement wires (in as many seasons). Anyone know of burlier replacement wires, or have any suggestions? I'm a bigger guy but no tub of lard, either. I've about had it with these POS's.
