Factory seam taped, then seam sealed when brand new; used carefully less than 10 nights. Light, strong, warm, 2 doors, 4 vents, pro quality exped 4 season mountain tent for years of service with Bibler's Lifetime Warranty. Tent piches tight as a drum and is a real bunker against the elements. Great cross-ventilation due to the covered awnings, large storm doors (+ mesh doors) and large barrel vents; all 4 sides of the tent are thus ventilated when neccessary. Info added - 2 person(even with some gear), 4.5lbs carry weight, 96"L x 70"W x 45"H, two Easton .340" poles, 8 stake points + 4 guy out loops. US$ 425 shipped.
