We are looking to hire folks for both the factory and retail side of the company. We like our diverse staff, and we encourage women and minorities to apply.

 

The factory job will be 20-30 hours per week. The retail store jobs will be 15-40 hours per week.

 

Desired qualifications include previous retail experience, climbing/mountaineering/backpacking/skiing experience, high levels of reliability and professionalism, excellent communication skills, and availability around holidays.

 

Pay is commensurate with experience and full time employees receive benefits.
