I backpack a lot, rock climb every once in a while, and have always wanted to try my hand at mountaineering. I was supposed to go on a trip with the WWU Outdoor Center but the trip filled up before I could sign up. And I don't want to wait until next year. So, the question is, does anyone want to take me out and teach me the ropes? If you're slightly interested, send me a pm and we can talk about details. I'm positive I will love every minute of the climb and hopefully it will turn into something I do regularly. Let me know. By the way, I live in Everett.
