Ecutterman Posted March 10, 2007 Share Posted March 10, 2007 I am looking at taking the Sergeants/Green Butte Route the first week in April. I have seen parties roped and not roped. Is it a comfort thing or recommended? Also, what are Base Camp options for this route? I have seen Base Camps at 9100ft and 9400ft, but that seems to make for a long summit day. Does anyone have a breakdown for the route during the April window? I appreciate any and all info anyone can throw out concerning this route.
