Backcountry Essentails is a new outdoor gear store located in bellingham, wa. we specialize in climbing gear (alpine,ice,rock), backpacking gear, and backcountry ski gear (tele,rando). we also buy and sell used gear. we opened our doors in late may of 2006. we are new to cascade climbers and are hoping to get our name out in the area as many ways as possible. i myself like to check out cascadeclimbers for route and conditions updates and figured that this would be a great venue to advertise what's going on in our store.
