Friday Nov 17, Hood S. face above Palmer lift, 6PM, gusty conditions, 18F: While attempting to anchor tent it blows away down a very icy Palmer snowfield. Attempts to retrieve called off by scared gf "Wait, don't leave me!". OK, so call me shit-for-brains (or not) but I sure would appreciate it if anyone finding a nearly-new orange/grey MH tent would PLEASE tell me. I sure don't have another $500 to buy another. Meanwhile, I'll be the guy practicing on his snow cave construction.
