Mt Jefferson snow conditions July 15/16?

I was wondering what the snow conditions might be like on Mt Jefferson July 15/16. Skiable? Last weekend things were pretty thin in the sisters wilderness, hoping its a little better.

Jefferson park was fine and consistent snow from moraine at the toe of the glacier all the way down to the Jefferson Park...if you follow the left middle snow field. Just before you cross the foot bridge vier off to your right. You'll see a snow field on the left side of the spur. Skin the snow field or hike the spur. Snow was soft and not very sun cup'd. So, you should enjoy if the weather in the foot hills is at least in the 80's. Else you're looking at tele'ing hard pack.
