WTB: La Sportiva Trango S EVO or Trango Extreme 43

Well, before I go out and pay FFR for a pair of shoes I figured I'd try here. Anyone have a pair of size 43 Trango Extreme Evo GTX's or Trango S Evo GTX's that never quite fit. I'm also willing to chase down leads if you know of a local shop whose clearing these things out.
