Good hotels, rentals, etc. Also recommendations on things to see and do while in town (or surrounding areas) such as typical tourist things as well as outdoor activities (xc skiing). Blake Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 Also, Mt. Baker ski area has tons of inbounds and backountry possibilities, Good Thai Restaurants include LemonGrass and On Rice. Mexican food downtown (cheap too) Casa Que Pasa and Bandito's. Mallard's Ice cream for varieties of homemade desserts. Just south of town is Clayton Beach/Larabee state park that is fun to check out, and on the same road as a bunch of hikes into the Chuckanut Hills. (Take Chuckanut drive south of town) Quote
