good lightweight waterproof gloves?

Does anyone have favorites for spring/summer snow climbing? I tried BD verglas plus, but they were soaked on the first glissade.

The only truly waterproof gloves are made of unicorn hide.

I love the REI One Gloves. They are prety cheap when they are on sale (around $20). They aren't waterproof, but will keep your hands plenty warm for spring/summer/fall snow climbing. They also dry really fast.

I steal the latex gloves from my dentist to glissade. The Nitros helps as well.
