robpatterson5
Looking to get rid of a pair of Lowa Baffin, Mens US 8.5, I REALLY like the feel of the boot, but I have a really skinny accillies tendon and there is just too much heal lift, none the less a fantatic glacier, scrambling or hiking boot. A year or so old, but still good condishion. How does 100 obo sound? Cheers: Rob, robpatterson5 <at> hotmail <dot> com Baffin High cuff all leather boot designed for extended backpacking tours and heavy loads. Leather lined for close to the foot fit and comfort. * Taller ankle shaft of 2.6 mm thick Nubuck leather upper * 'C4' Comfort Tongue * Climate Control System * High rubber rand for durability * Lightweight alloy lace loops with sprung lace hooks * New Vibram® 'Tsavo' trekking sole unit with performance PU midsole * New SPS System: Optimum stabilization of the foot for excellent walking comfort * Strap on crampon compatible * Popular combat boot choice. The Baffin is also available at shoebuy.com Recommended by Outward Bound West "An all-leather boot still made in Germany! Such a thing is rare these days. We were happy to see these dark brown beauties - even happier when we slipped them on. The all-leather liner is a special touch... instantly comfortable. Beefy alloy lace loops won't rust and a full rubber rand. These boots should last a long time, if cared for." -Vermont Sports Edited November 29, 2004 by robpatterson5
