This is a top quality top-of-the-range expedition pack made in New Zealand. While still relatively unknown in the USA Macpac is highly regarded in Australia/NZ & also Europe where these packs sell for 300 euros ($375). A nice feature is the waterproof/bombproof aztec HC canvas which is a blend of natural & synthetic fibres.

Size & fit are similar to an arcteryx Bora 80 tall although the harness length is more adjustable, recommended height 5'10" - 6'6".

 

The condition of the pack is excellent. What happened

is that I mail ordered this pack before a trip to peru

but it didn't arrive in time so I had to buy another

pack (an osprey crescent 60). I only used the macpac

on one occasion after which I decided that I didn't

need both & prefer to keep the smaller osprey which is

also a better fit for my narrow 32" waist.

 

This is a great pack & excellent deal for only $165 + shipping from Boulder CO.
