who had problems with cell phones at work?

Someone posted a thread awhile back complaining about coworkers who left cell phones lying around only to have the phones ring and irritate her. Not sure how effective this gadget is, but here's the link

It probably send out a noise signal that interferes. Probably the FCC would frown on it to put it mildly, but in a restaurant, who's gonna know? If you pulled it at work, eventually you're going to be found out.
