Enchantment Permit

Surely a longshot, ,but I'm desperately searching for an Enchantment overnight permit for three backpackers, entering August 12.  I'm aware that the Ranger stations may be issuing more permits soon.  And also that cancelled or unused permits are re-issued the Sunday prior to entry.  We would obviously prefer to have permit in hand, well in advance, though.  Appreciate any info here.
