I am a (mostly) sport and gym climber that wants to expand my climbing to include more trad and alpine. I'm 19 and want to climb more fun, technical, and aesthetic lines. I'm looking for a partner with similar goals. If you're experienced, great! If not, that's fine too. We can learn together. We can start with casual things like sport cragging and easier routes on Adams or St. Helens. Looking to progress slowly and carefully with the goal of ultimately tackling some of the classic alpine routes on snow, ice, and rock.
As far as my experience goes. I’ve climbed Silverstar and Helen’s. Ive lead sport outside at the 10a level and have completed a few 12a’s in the gym on top rope. I went ice climbing this year in Ouray at WI3-4. I’ve completed 10-15 solo backpacking trips in summer and winter.
I have most the gear and I enjoy training and really enjoy the mountains.
I have Mon-Thrs off and will take off work for the appropriate adventure
