Why did you guys decide to go in from Stehekin as opposed to Downey/Bachelor Creek?

Hey friends, apologies if I'm out of the loop here. This morning I saw Seattle Bouldering Project's latest post on instagram about the passing of one of their staff members in a climbing accident, and was wondering if anyone had anymore information about who it was or where they were climbing? Was this the Methow rappelling accident, or something else? Thanks
