Wednesday, May 14 Paige Claassen will be in Portland offering a clinic at The Circuit NE and an evening presentation as part of her Lead Now Tour at the Mazama Mountaineering Center.
Paige Claassen competed throughout the nation and world for 8 years before focusing her efforts on difficult routes outside. Her ticklist includes Grand Ole Opry (5.14b/c) and the first ascent of Digital Warfare (5.14a) in South Africa. Paige spent the past year climbing around the world to raise over $20,000 for non profit organizations through the Lead Now tour she designed in conjunction with Marmot and production company Louder Than 11.
Today, Paige is traveling throughout the US to share her story and encourage other climbers to pursue their ambitions. Join Paige for an evening of films and photos about her recent adventures through Russia, India, Ecuador, and beyond. Sign up for a clinic to learn the essentials of projecting at your limit, including efficient footwork, breathing, and core exercises.
The Circuit NE is located at 410 NE 17th Avenue
The Mazama Mountaineering Center is located at 527 SE 43rd Avenue
