Anyone have current snow conditions on the approach or descent for Backbone Ridge on Dragontail?. Are an axe or crampons necessary? thanks

Anyone know how much snow is on the approach and descent (ice axe/crampons?) for Backbone on Dragontail? Also, is there any snow on the route for water? I'm unfamiliar with the area. Thx
