  1. Mt. Erie guidebook authors Jim Thompson and Aaron Bryant have teamed up with the folks at rakkup.com to produce a mobile version of the guidebook. This new digital guide not only features the full complement of routes of the printed guide, but the ability to sort the climbs in a number of ways to customize your climbing day. Additionally, the free rakkup mobile app provides real-time turn-by-turn navigation to all of the climbs.   2. The 2nd edition of Rockin' on the Rock, a Guide to Mt. Erie Climbing went to the publisher today. The new book has 435 routes, color topos, action photos, contour maps, first ascent stories, and more. Books should be available online and in stores mid-late July.   4. The 3rd Annual Dallas Kloke Mt. Erie Work Party and Climbing Day is this Saturday, April 20th starting at 9am. Meet at the base of Mt. Erie (Heart Lake Rd and Ray Auld Dr). Work projects with the City of Anacortes in the morning, followed by climbing in the afternoon. Photographers will be taking action shots for the new Mt. Erie Guidebook to be available this summer!
