thanks for the link. I guess I need to grab a parking permit, whats the closest place to pick one up? And camping is free?

Im on a bit of a road trip and would like to check out vantage. Am I too early in the season (likely head there sometime next week) Is there a gear shop in town I can grab a current guide? What is the likelihood of turning up and finding a partner?, failing that, any certain areas that are easier than others to set up a TR solo? Thanks for your help, and sorry if this is posted on the wrong page.
