If it isn't cool to post this type of thing here, let me know, and I'll delete it. Me and my girlfriend are moving out of our house in Beacon hill. (to North Bend right next to the little Si climbs, wohoo!) Our two roommates are staying there, and continuing the lease, so we are looking for someone (or another couple) to take over our portion of the lease. The lease ends in August. Our roommates are young skiers and climbers, one is a tech employee, and the other is a lawyer. They are cool dudes. It'd be great to find another climber/outdoorsy type to live there. The house is sweet, it was remodeled a few years ago. It is only a block or so from the lightrail (easy to get to the airport for epic international trips). It's also got a sweet deck, with a hottub (tell all the ladies at the bar about that). The room that we are moving out of is on the bottom floor. there is an adjacent room that we used to store gear, that is mostly empty now. The house has 1-car driveway, but no garage. The rest of the parking is street parking. Rent is 950 for 1 person, or 675 if two people move in. Utilities are an additional 60-80 bucks. Not exactly dirtbag prices, but hey, it's Seattle, that's not horrible. Anyone interested? PM me for more info, or for pics.

I'm living and working in North Bend, and I have a super flexible work schedule. I usually go elsewhere to climb and ski on the weekends, but i'd like to get some climbing in at exit 32 and 38 (or anywhere close) during the week. I can easily get a few hours or most of a day off of work, a few times a week. I'm psyched to take advantage of living so close to some climbing! If anyone is available for some mid-week climbing sessions give me a pm or reply. I've got got trad and sport gear, and climb around 5.10-5.11. I've been climbing for about 10 years, but only lived in North Bend for the past few months, so I've only been climbing around here a handful of times (skiing has taken priority since i moved here).

I'm going to be down near tieton this weekend, anyone interested in climbing? I've got a rope and rack. Probably mostly doing stuff in the 5.8-5.10 range, although I'll definitely follow elevens.

Cool, looks like fun! I'd love to do that traverse sometime. I think we were the three you saw heading up to the summit pyramid, beautiful day up there!

Nice! I've been wanting to ski those for a while, tried a few times, but conditions were never right. Looks like you hit it right (besides the crusty stuff)... ...A little jealous

Andy, Cool that you guys were up there, I think I've seen you a few times at the OC. Were you guys skiing?
