Right now there are three large scale climbing gyms either under active construction or very near to construction in the Seattle area. SBP is going full throttle, StoneGardens is going to occupy a former Circuit City in Bellevue and VW has bought the building at 2300 W Commodore. With this and other recent activities, probably in excess of $3.2 million will be spent in the last couple of years. Who will be standing when the smoke clears?
