  1. MARMOT MOUNTAIN WORKS in Bellevue has been chosen by Dynafit as one of only four Dynafit Competency Centers in all of North America! To celebrate this notoriety, Marmot is hosting “Dynafit Day” at their Bellevue store location on Wednesday November 3rd 2010. Marmot Mountain Works is considered a backcountry skiing pioneer in being the original importer of Dynafit products into all of North America while popularizing the Dynafit binding system, and currently stocks Dynafit Skis, Boots, Bindings, and Clothing. Here is the schedule of events for Dynafit Day: 10:00 AM to 7:15 PM – DYNAFIT SPECIAL PROMOTION! Buy $500 of Dynafit product and receive a coupon for $50 OFF our Avalanche Class. Buy $1000 of Dynafit product and receive a coupon for $100 OFF our Avalanche Class. (The Avalanche Class is normally $205. Dynafit product must be paid for on 11/3/10. Coupon is transferable) 6:30 PM to 7:15 PM – DYNAFIT MEET AND GREET COCKTAIL HOUR! Meet and talk to the Dynafit Factory Representatives about Alpine Touring and Randonnee Racing. MARMOT MOUNTAIN WORKS in Bellevue presents a free slideshow on Wednesday November 3rd 2010 at 7:30pm: EXPLORING & SKIING IN THE BAJANG REGION OF FAR WESTERN NEPAL Dynafit sponsored athlete Jamie Laidlaw will show images from climbing and skiing in a mountain range that has rarely been visited by outsiders. It is an amazing adventure with a look at the unspoiled cultures of remote Western Nepal. Jamie has a passion for exploring the mountainous regions of the earth. He has had first ski descents in Alaska, the Peruvian Andes, the Norwegian Arctic, and became the first and only person to ski a portion of the Lhotse Couloir. Presently, he is a lead guide for Ruby Mt. Heli Ski in Northeastern Nevada. Come to Marmot Mountain Works and help kick off the ski season, and get psyched to go backcountry skiing!
