I'd also like to summit Olympus. I'm not sure I'd be the right 'guide' type of climber you are looking for, but would be fine as a third person on the rope. I'm not sure how much rock protection, belay, rappel experience you will get on Olympus, but it's probably a good place to work on rope management, ice axe, crampon and crevasse rescue skills.
