  1. Looking for a partner to do Rainier with sometime in the upcoming months. Winter job is coming to an end so my schedule is open/flexible. I'd like to go asap. My glacier travel is very limited, so I would prefer someone with more experience in that regard. Fitness is there, I could go this week if someone was up for it. Would like to meet up somewhere in greater Seattle area before hand to plan. pm me if interested Brad
  2. Looking to do some beginner winter ascents in Washington (but open to surrounding NW states) this upcoming November/December/January. Only alpine climb I've done is Adams and that was in September so snow/ice wasn't much of a factor. Any ideas?
  3. My partner and I are planning on climbing Mt. Rainier sometime between August 16-20. We are looking for another group/person to meet up and climb with who has a little more experience climbing big Mountains. I have experience doing multi-pitch rock climbs up to the mid 5.10 range and have led 5.9 trad. I also climbed Mt. Adams last September. We are both back home for the week before we had back to college so we are open to climbing any of the days. I am comfortable using all the equipment needed and do not foresee any problems occurring but thought it would be nice to climb with some other experienced climbers. Send me a pm if interested Brad
  4. Looking for someone to get out with tomorrow. I live in Issaquah so was thinking exit 38 or little si b/c their close, but I would be down for a longer day trip if you have something in mind. I can drive but do not have rack or rope. Send me a PM Cheers Brad
  5. I am looking for partner(s) who would be interested in climbing a route on Hood, Baker, Rainier, or just about anything. I'm 20 years old and new to the sport. I climbed Mt. Adams (Ascent took 6.5 hours if that helps knowing where I'm at physically) earlier in the year and have been climbing on a consistent basis both indoors and at local crags near Spokane/Pullman (I go to WSU). I can scratch and claw my way up most 5.10s. I have a lot to learn and wish to climb with someone who doesn't mind teaching a little as they climb. I am in good shape and not a fearful or timid climber, so you do not need to worry about these. I really want to climb Hood, Baker, and Rainier this summer but would be open to just about anything, rock or alpine, in Washington. Soooooo.....any takers?
