I did not research reviews of Campsaver service. The info was out there - bad service. Had an issue with a product from Campsaver - defective stove pump, started leaking at a seal after second use. Campsaver returns department was an iron curtain. I had to bail on Campsaver and go directly to the manufacturer. I ended up with a little time lost, some shipping costs, and 2 months turn around time. It would be hard for me to send money to Campsaver again. Originally I would have saved 15.00 over REI's listed price on the stove, but the return shipping on the pump ate up half that -- bottom line I should have stayed with REI.
