Howdy I am a use-to-be-north-westerner wondering how the avalanche conditions are in the NW. I am headed up that way next weekend and am thinking of running up Hood while I am in town (probably just the South side). Is it starting to consolidate or still some weak layers present? Just trying to figure out my go time and if it is even possible with the limited time I have up there.
