Besides really good cardio...what does it take to do Rainier in a day. It just seems crazy to me that some people make it a 4 day hardest climb of my life experience and others just kinda park at Paradise and run up and back in time for lunch.
Anyways, anybody have any info on how they did Rainier in a single day? Specifically, gear, start times, routes, etc..
