yup, you're right Dan...Trout Creek is about 3 hours southeast of Portland. and looks spectacular from the pics i've found online. I'm actually here in portland, but my moto this weekend is "have rental car--will travel". Just really want to get outside before my week of work begins out here. So where do you think i best that I meet up with you (et al.)on Sunday?

Hey Dan Just visiting from Georgia...planning to drive out to Trout tomorrow, even without a partner, just to see that place...but would dig climbing with you Sunday at either of those locations you mentioned (since I've never been to either one, it's your call). I brought along a few #1s, 2s &3s to supplement any potential partners rack for Trout, but could bring more gear due to airline baggage restrictions.
