  3. Anybody on here live in the Puget Sound area, have a snowmobile, and a ride a splitboard?

A few of us are looking to find people interested in accessing the BC via snowmobile, and splitting/climbing up for some nice runs this season.

    Skiers are welcome as well.

Hit me up with a PM, if you are into this sort of thing.

  4. MEI is a quality company, but this is an older backpack that is not made anymore.

Great pack, full of technical details.

My guess is that it is at least a 65 liter, if not larger.

Size is Med-Large, but has an adjustable velcro ladder for different torso lengths.

Internal frame (removable stays), top loading pack, with separate sleeping bag compartment that has internal compression straps. Panel can be unzipped inside to make one large compartment.

Has dual side compression straps and drawstring side pockets for water bottles, wands, pickets, poles, etc...

Floating lid is removable, and converts to a lumbar pack.

Deluxe padding in shoulder straps and hip belt.

Dual daisy chains for additional attachments.

Has sleeping pad straps on bottom of pack, and lash points on top of lid as well. Has dual ice axe loops.

The coating on the inside is beginning to peel, but other than that, it is in perfectly useable condition.

No rip, tears, or fraying of any kind.

This pack is built super solid.

Asking for $70.00, but willing to negotiate.

In the Seattle area for pick-up.

Will not ship due to bulk.

    PM if interested.

    Thanks.

  5. Bought this rope last year.

Took it up to Little Si, unflaked it, and climbed one short route.

Was going to use for alpine, but decided to go with two 8mm ropes instead.

    Was $219.00 new.....asking $140.00 firm.

In the Seattle area for pick-up.

Will not ship due to weight and bulk.

    PM if interested.

    Thanks.

  6. I am wondering where to take my backpack to be repaired.

One of the shoulder straps blew out at the bottom connection.

I am in the Seattle area.

Hoping someone has had a good experience they can pass on.

    Any info would be appreciated.

    Thanks.
